How to Spend a Full Day of Beauty in BGC: Morning to Night Itinerary

BGC is the only district in Manila where you can spend an entire day on beauty and wellness without leaving a 2-kilometer radius. This is the itinerary our editors have refined over multiple test runs — a 12-hour beauty day that covers every category, respects recovery times between treatments, and ends with you feeling genuinely transformed.

7:00 AM — IV Drip at Zen Wellness Lounge

Start with a 45-minute Immunity Boost or Glutathione Illumination at Zen Wellness Lounge (₱3,200–₱4,500). The blood panel takes 20 minutes, the drip 45 minutes. You'll be done by 8:30AM, hydrated and energized for the day ahead. Book the earliest slot — the lounge opens at 8AM and fills quickly on weekends.

10:00 AM — Skin Treatment at Luminisce or Belo

Allow the IV drip to settle before any facial treatment. A 10AM appointment at Luminisce for a Glass Skin Facial (₱8,000, 75 minutes) or at Belo for a PicoLaser session (₱8,500, 45 minutes) is the ideal mid-morning slot. Avoid aggressive laser treatments if you have outdoor plans later — stick to facials or skin boosters.

1:00 PM — Lunch and Nails

Lunch at any of BGC's High Street restaurants, then a 2:30PM nail appointment at The Nail Company (BIAB from ₱2,200) or Nailaholics (gel from ₱800). Nail appointments are the most flexible in terms of timing — they don't require recovery and can be slotted between other treatments.

4:00 PM — Hair at Azta Urban or My Salon

A 4PM hair appointment allows time for color to process without rushing. Azta Urban's Signature Balayage (₱8,500, 3 hours) or My Salon's Glass Hair Color (₱14,000, 3.5 hours) will take you to 7–7:30PM. Book this well in advance — weekend slots at both studios fill 2–3 weeks ahead.
