Lash extensions are not decoration. They are architecture. Every set should be designed for the specific face wearing them — the structure, the spacing, the curl angle. Nothing generic.

Founder & Lead Lash Artist
Our Story
Isabella Reyes didn't plan to start a lash studio. She planned to become a graphic designer — until a lash appointment in Seoul changed everything.
During a semester-abroad year at Korea University in 2014, Isabella Reyes visited a lash studio in Gangnam that completely reframed how she understood the craft. The consultation lasted 45 minutes. The technician mapped her eye shape, measured her natural lash distribution, and created a customized lash chart before applying a single extension. The result was unlike anything Isabella had experienced in Manila — a set so precisely tailored that it looked as though her natural lashes had simply become their best possible selves.
Isabella spent her remaining months in Seoul working part-time at two lash studios, learning not just technique but the philosophy behind architectural lashing. Back in Manila, she pursued certifications from the UK's Beauty Guild and the Seoul-based CLAA — the two most rigorous lash certification bodies internationally — before opening a small studio in BGC's High Street in 2018 with four tables and a policy of mandatory pre-service consultations.
The studio grew through word-of-mouth in a market that had never experienced the architectural lashing approach. Within eight months, Bare Lash Studio moved to its current dedicated space in High Street South, expanded to twelve treatment stations, and established a training program that has since produced some of BGC's most sought-after independent lash artists. The brow lamination and microblading division, added in 2022 under lead artist Mia Santos, completed what Isabella now calls the 'full eye architecture' offering.

Our Philosophy
Architectural Lashing
We map every set to the client's specific facial structure, natural lash health, and lifestyle before a single extension is placed. No two sets are the same. No templates.
Dual Certification Standard
Every artist at Bare holds both UK Beauty Guild and CLAA Seoul certifications before working independently. This dual international standard is mandatory, not optional.
Japanese Silk Only
We use exclusively Japanese silk lashes — lighter, more flexible, and more naturally reflective than synthetic alternatives. The difference in comfort and retention is measurable.
