The Body Studio

The Body Studio was founded by two licensed physiotherapists who wanted to bring clinical-grade body treatment to BGC's wellness market without the clinical environment. The result is a studio that feels like a luxury spa but operates with the diagnostic rigor of a physiotherapy practice.

Every practitioner holds a physiotherapy license, and the studio's diagnostic intake process — posture assessment, movement screening, pain mapping — would not be out of place in a private physiotherapy clinic. The difference is the environment: warm lighting, thoughtful music, and treatment rooms that feel genuinely restorative.

The cupping therapy program has attracted Manila's fitness community: CrossFit athletes, marathon runners, and cycling enthusiasts who schedule monthly sessions around their training calendars. The Sports Recovery treatment (₱3,800, 75 minutes) is the most popular service — a combination of deep tissue work, cupping, and targeted stretching that addresses the specific demands of BGC's active professional community.
