The Nail Company positions itself at the intersection of precision and design. The BGC studio is fitted with Murano-glass pendant lights, marble-effect work surfaces, and a curated library of 300 shades arranged by color family.

The studio's BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) offering was one of the first in Manila, attracting clients who had been extending their gel intervals in London and Singapore and couldn't find the treatment at home. The nail art team specializes in minimalist luxury designs — negative space, textured neutrals, hand-painted botanicals.

A monthly nail care subscription (₱4,500 per month for two gel services) has become the brand's defining offering.
